Enchanted Whispers

This might be the most special way an idea for a perfume has come to me. I was at that in-between wake up phase of sleeping. I could feel the warm sun on my face and was still not fully awake, but I started to smell the sweetest most light and airy yet enveloping scent. It smelled crisp, cool and fresh. My first reaction was to try and analyze it, but I just allowed myself to be present and "feel". It was so beautiful I actually could feel myself crying. It was as close to a spiritual experience as I've ever come. When I woke up I felt refreshed and immediately started to jot down notes. Enchanted Whispers opens with lemon zest, apricot, quince. The apricot and quince which I don't often see used in perfume works so well here paired with the Himalayan cedar. Compared to Atlas and Virginian, this one is more sweet and creamy. I used a healthy dose of a musk accord to give it that airy and cloud like feeling.
